Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation, with delivery taking an estimated 2–4 days depending on your area; these timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier availability or circumstances beyond our control. Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and communicated at the time of order confirmation; customers are responsible for the delivery fee unless an order meets the free-delivery threshold stated in our current promotions. Please inspect your order upon arrival, any issue with leakage, an incorrect item, or shipping damage must be reported on the day of delivery in accordance with our Return & Replacement Policy, as morêve is unable to verify claims submitted after this window.
